I Hate My Thirties
How surprising is this:
I am the only girl here in my apartment that's single.
It is just so funny that I am of such ripe an age, and yet I already feel like i'm in the middle of one huge "Sex and the City" episode.
...if such is the case now, then i'm REALLY going to hate my thirties! ...and to rub more salt on my wounds, I just got a message from the manager at the Front Desk, saying I DID NOT get thet job I was applying for...and hmmmmm...isn't it funny that out of all the people she interviewed, which was only three including myself, that I was the one that would have been the most convenient for this position? Cause see, she was looking for people to hold weekend shifts, and since I, unlike many people here on campus, rarely go home on the weekends because I live so far away, AND do practically nothing on the weekends, that makes me more than perfect to hold any weekend shift...so how the fuck did she manage to find another person, out of only TWO fucking people, more convenient than me? ...I sense something shady and ugly here. ...So yea, life just continues to kick me in the ass one day at a time.
